| Hello, I'm
Michael, the Technical Consultant for E-PhotoBizz.com. We built our
site to be as user-friendly as possible, all the while trying to avoid
diminishing all the neat features of our gallery system. Though
our photo management system is pretty easy to use, there are some
limitations. I'll try to address as many as possible. If you
have any questions, please feel free to email me at michael @ e-photobizz.com.
FILE FORMAT
As of now, we only support .jpg or (.jpeg) format. Also known
as Joint Photographics Experts Group, JPG is a commonly used format on
the Web and in digital photo accessories (Cameras, etc).
If you are uploading photos directly from a camera, make sure your
camera is set to automatically save in jpeg. And if you are
rendering photos with a software program such as Adobe software, save
the finished photo in .jpeg before uploading.
If you can't find your photo after submitting them, you may have
tried uploading in an incompatible format such as .gif, .raw, etc.
Recheck the format and try again.
FILE SIZE
We allocate a certain amount of disk space for each account.
Depending on which program you have selected, you may want to consider
the size of each photo you upload. Typically a 100 - 500kb file
size is ideal for product display. If you need a detailed photo to
depict your service or produce, 500kb - 2mb file may be needed.
Again, keeping the file size down to 100-250kb will maximize your
gallery. Most of the demo photos are 200kb or less.
Your Windows Operating system, Digital Camera Photo Software, or your
favorite photo rendering program will have capabilities to reduce the
size of your photos.
ADDING PHOTOS
After logging in with your email and password, click on the Add Photos
link. You can upload up to 15 photos at a time, but each photo
will acquire the same Title and Description. Upload 1 photo at a
time if you need to add different descriptions or title to each photo.
(Depending on the format of your gallery, the Title and Description may
be irrelevant.

If you've chosen a package with multiple categories, make sure you
select the appropriate Category from the Main Category drop down menu
before you press the Upload button.
CREATING CATEGORIES
If your subscription allows for multiple categories you will have to
contact us so can set them up for you.
If you have access to only one category, you can either upgrade to
more categories or follow this crude, but useable method.
In the Title Field, use different pretexts in front of the title.
The gallery has the ability to sort Alphabetically by Ascending or
Descending order. Those items with the same pretext will be
organized together. For example:
B - Bronze Figure, B - Statue, B - Dancing Bird will all be grouped
together.
P - Painting Ball, P - Salvador, P - Dali will all be grouped together.

FORMATTING TEXT WITH HTML
The Description Box was setup to add description to your photos with the
capabilities of formatting with html. This will give you the
ability to Bold, Underline, HyperLink, Remote Reference, add PayPal
script, etc. However, if you are not familiar with HTML, the
default formatting is quite basic. You can't add spaces between
lines (carriage returns) without inserting some code. You may not
need to format your description...but if you do, here are some quick
tips. The Title Field can not be formatted!
Hard Line Break - Insert <br> at the end of the sentence.
Type: This sentence is finished.<br> Start again.
You get: This sentence is finished.
State again.
Space Between Lines - Insert <br><br> at the end of the
sentence.
Type: This sentence is finished.<br><br> Start again.
You get: This sentence is finished.
State again.
Double Space Between Lines - Insert <br><br><br> at the end of
the sentence.
Type: This sentence is finished.<br><br><br> Start again.
You get: This sentence is finished.
State again.
Bold - Insert <b> before the words you want bold, and </b>
after.
Type: This product is <b>bold, but not</b> anymore.
You get: This product is bold, but not anymore.
Underline - Insert <u> before the words you want bold, and
</b> after.
Type: This product is <u>underlined, but not</u> anymore.
You get: This product is underlined, but not anymore.
